Job Summary
Lead customer and internal programs from launch through production, ensuring successful execution across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and customer stakeholders. Drive program performance, timing, risk management, and product industrialization across multiple global facilities while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs. Manage scope, change, and resource planning, oversee program staff, and provide direction and mentoring to subordinate groups. Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and deliver reports to senior management. Focus on delivering programs on time and on budget, with full responsibility for customer-facing account aspects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
- PMP Certification
- 5+ years of experience in program, project, or launch management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading customer-facing programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to travel to US/Mexico when needed
- To be considered, candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
