Program Manager

Develop and execute the Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Provide technical oversight for network modernization phases including site surveys, legacy augmentation, infrastructure upgrades, system integration, and cutover operations to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement requirements. Regularly interface with Air National Guard Communications Squadrons, the Government PMO, and subcontractors to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and update task order progress. Lead Integrated Product Team meetings, support production reviews, and deliver briefings to Government leadership. Implement risk mitigation strategies per Air Force Instruction 90-802, maintain a Quality Control Plan, and monitor post-cutover performance to sustain Service Level Agreements. Support cybersecurity efforts by developing Risk Management Framework artifacts and coordinating with Government Cybersecurity Service Providers for incident response and vulnerability management. Manage timely delivery of Contract Data Requirements List items, including SPRIP documentation, equipment lifecycle tracking, SLA reports, and monthly program status updates. Frequent CONUS travel is required.
