Job Summary
Program Manager role focused on DoD program execution within the Aviation division. Responsible for coordinating across program management, engineering, cost, schedule, logistics, and test organizations for large-scale MDAP-style efforts; integrating financial management, EVM, scheduling, and risk-informed decision making to accelerate delivery of operational capability; supporting Battlespace Integration and Navy warfare system programs; applying Systems Engineering principles, MBSE and Digital Engineering, and Agile/SAFe methodologies to manage lifecycle activities from acquisition through delivery; requires typically a bachelor’s degree, ~10 years PM experience with federal programs, and active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred). The position is contingent upon contract award and is on-site in Dahlgren, VA. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten (10) years of project management experience with five (5) years involving Federal Government programs
- Active Secret clearance required, TS/SCI preferred
- Experience supporting ACAT I, Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs), or other large-scale DoD programs
- Experience integrating financial management, Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling, and program execution data
- Experience supporting complex Battlespace Integration, Integrated Combat Systems, or other Navy warfare system programs
- Demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle integration, MBSE, Digital Engineering, Agile Development, or integration of technical and programmatic activities across acquisition phases
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable certifications desirable
