Job Summary
Program Manager to serve as primary contact for customers, overseeing assigned programs to track quality, delivery, engineering, and costs; ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer and quality requirements; coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality; communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person, manage program schedules and budgets, relay changes, expedite orders, oversee purchase order changes, and host customer visits as needed; requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in B2B customer service/account management/program management, manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred), ERP/CRM proficiency, strong communication, and willingness to travel; regular on-site presence is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or similar
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in business-to-business customer service, account management/business development, or program management or similar
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is required; aerospace industry preferred
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- ERP experience required; Infor Visual preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to travel occasionally
