Job Summary
Residential Program Manager position in Westwood, MA overseeing a single-gender group home for adults with ID/DD. Responsibilities include hands-on direct care (hygiene, meal-time assistance), staffing/scheduling/on-call/ supervision, ISP case management, medical appointment coordination, payroll/administrative tasks, teaching activities of daily living, family/guardian liaison, implementing behavioral interventions and emergency procedures, and medication administration. Requires experience managing a group home, working with ID/DD, a bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, background checks, and MAP certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; related experience preferred
- Experience managing a group home
- Experience working with individuals with ID/DD
- Valid Driver's License
- MAP certification is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
