Program Manager 5

Oversees day-to-day operational management of the project team delivering highly complex IT projects aligned with the Data Center IT Plan. Plans, organizes, and coordinates project activities, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Develops and maintains project artifacts (project plan, budget, schedule, risk/issue logs) and serves as the primary liaison between the project team and customers to ensure business requirements are met. Provides leadership and coaching to team members, collaborates with business, administrative, and technical staff, and communicates progress and status to stakeholders.
