Program Manager

Schedule and conduct product development team meetings while developing and maintaining project plans to support Inteva and customer objectives. Drive project execution through disciplined use of Inteva Product Development Process and lead communication between manufacturing plants, sales, engineering, and customers. Forecast project capital needs and manage customer billable tool collections to drive team performance toward project imperatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree with five or more years of engineering experience, including Tier 1 program management and cross-functional leadership.
