Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of hardware and software product development initiatives across engineering, design, and operations; build detailed project schedules, drive cross-functional alignment, provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders, scope projects for MVP and beyond, and manage logistics, testing, and supply-chain readiness to ensure timely delivery across fast-moving product deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of program management principles, tools, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules with multiple interdependencies
- Experience with building and launching a physical product
- Familiarity with change management as we pivot internally and externally from launching an MVP product to scaling for production volumes
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and influence others without authority
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and willingness to occasionally roll up your sleeves on operational tasks
