Job Summary
Program Manager 1 oversees The Connection’s Cochegan House, a 24/HR residential work-release program for adult men under parole supervision. Lead, supervise, and support program staff; ensure adherence to contractual expectations and internal policies; promote a trauma-informed, structured environment; deliver case management services, job development, and linkage to community-based treatment; provide on-call leadership and participate in on-call rotations; ensure alignment with Department of Corrections regulations; build relationships with state agencies and community partners; manage staff performance, training, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- 5 years related experience or 3 years supervisory (preferred: 5 years)
- Associate’s Degree and 3 years supervisory (preferred: 3 years)
- Valid Driver’s License
