Job Summary
Oversee a team of Program Managers and Associate Program Managers by providing leadership, performance management, coaching, and development to support individual and organizational success. Balance captive escalations and personnel development to ensure service standards are maintained while enforcing compliance with recurring activities like premium reconciliation and collections. Conduct regular individual and team meetings to communicate priorities, provide coaching, and lead performance management and career development activities. Partner with leadership to improve cross-functional processes and assist with enterprise-wide projects. Domestic and international travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in insurance, captive management, program management, or related business operations
- Demonstrated progression of responsibility and sustained performance in a professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, lead initiatives, or manage people
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse group of team members
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and commitment to achieving results
- Strong planning, prioritization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Domestic and International travel
