Job Summary
Provide program management support to an Assistant Program Manager within a Navy cybersecurity program office by engaging with stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develop comprehensive briefings, communicate program status to Navy leadership, and track critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics. Analyze requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses while collecting and interpreting data using advanced visualization techniques. Requires Secret clearance and 3+ years of project management experience. Full-time role with up to 20% travel. Required Qualifications
- Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques
- Experience in providing specialized project management support for a Department of Defense acquisition program
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance metrics
- Ability to apply excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management
- Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management

Desired Qualifications

- Experience conducting organizational studies and work simplification measurements
- Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
- Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently
- Top Secret clearance
