Job Summary
Lead a 10–15 person team to manage catalog audit operations, ensuring data labeling accuracy across all product information and catalog integration areas. Monitor and guide team members to maintain over 95% accuracy while supervising internal quality standards. Analyze audit data to identify root causes of defects, providing business insights to improve processes and drive team KPIs in productivity and quality. This role serves as an Assistant Manager within a small operating organization focused on detecting defects and improving customer experience. The team proactively identifies hidden catalog issues to block customer inconvenience before it occurs, directly influencing the shopping environment for both sellers and buyers.
Required Qualifications
- 2~3년 이상의 운영 관리 실무 경험
- 소규모 조직(파트/팀 등)을 리딩하며 목표를 관리해 본 경험
- 조직의 정량적 목표(생산성, 정확도 등)를 수립하거나, 주어진 KPI를 성공적으로 달성하고 유지해 본 관리 경험
- 변화가 빠른 환경에 적극적으로 적응하며, 피드백을 수용하고 이를 업무에 즉각 반영하여 자기 개발을 지속하시는 능력
Desired Qualifications
- 이커머스 내 다양한 상품 카테고리나 서로 다른 비즈니스 범주(도메인)에서 근무 및 운영 관리를 해본 이력
- SQL 활용 능력 또는 데이터 분석 툴(Tableau, Power BI 등) 사용 경험
- 비즈니스 영어 능통자로서 글로벌 협업 가능
- 높은 정확도(Accuracy)를 지향하며 데이터의 사소한 왜곡도 놓치지 않는 세밀함을 가진 능력
- 변화가 빠른 이커머스 환경에서 주도적으로 문제를 찾고 팀과 함께 해결책을 만들어가는 리더십
