Job Summary
Manage cost, schedule, and performance for a U.S. Navy Acquisition Category (ACAT) program supporting acquisition and sustainment of Navy Information Technology systems. Analyze budgets and tracking data using Microsoft Excel, manage project schedules with Microsoft Project, and develop contractual documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Collaborate with program leadership to ensure the program achieves its goals, meets quality standards, and accomplishes project objectives within budget. Support the project life cycle while managing multiple interrelated projects, including planning, organization, decision making, and work delegation. Maintain a Secret clearance and work up to 25% of the time traveling.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DoD program management or acquisition management
- Ability to provide program or project management support to DoD or Navy Program Management Offices and the entire project life cycle, while managing multiple interrelated projects
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Project, and Visio
- Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with metrics, business process reengineering, business case analysis, electronic workflow, cost estimation, and strategic planning
- Possession of excellent computer skills
- PMP Certification
- SAFe Agile Scrum Master Certification
