Job Summary
Oversees daily operations of residential program services for individuals receiving community-based supports, ensuring program plans are implemented, regulatory requirements are met, and incident reports and health/medication management are properly handled; duties include supervising staff, coordinating scheduling, maintaining records, managing client funds, ensuring safety and clean/maintained homes, and fostering positive relations with individuals served, families, guardians, case managers, and referral agents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- One to two years’ experience preferred
- Certifications/Licenses: CPR and First Aid
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services
- Licensure as required by state
