Job Summary
Supervises the day-to-day activities of individuals receiving services, ensures all individuals receiving services are properly managed and cared for by implementing programs and services, ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates scheduling of individuals served; maintains records, leads staff with orientation and training, manages purchasing and billing compliance, fosters relationships with case managers, referral agents, individuals and families, implements individual satisfaction and safety plans, and coordinates health and medication management and incident reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- CPR and First Aid
- Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services
- Licensure as required by state
- Travel as needed
- One to two years’ experience preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements
