Program Management Residential Manager

Job Summary
Lead residential operations by ensuring adequate shift coverage, managing home budgets, and overseeing admissions for program participants. Direct staff supervision, including performance evaluations, hiring, and training, while guaranteeing compliance with licensing, safety protocols, and medication regulations. Conduct safety inspections, monitor facility maintenance, and manage food and supply inventories. Complete monthly reports, attend interdisciplinary meetings, and fulfill rotating on-call duties. Requires three years of group home experience, one year of supervisory experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- CPR and First Aid
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services
- Licensure as required by state
- Travel as needed
- Medium Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of experience with group home operation
