Job Summary
Program Management Program Supervisor responsible for managing services within a designated program, including site operations, case management, and development/implementation of individual service plans. Supervises daily activities of Direct Care Staff, maintains staff schedules, and oversees day-to-day operations. Delivers direct care services to individuals served, participates in hiring decisions, and ensures onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training. Requires collaboration across program leadership and staff to ensure quality service delivery and regulatory compliance; role emphasizes coordination, supervision, and hands-on support with a strong focus on compassionate, reliable care. Education and certifications include a Bachelor's degree in human services and CPR/First Aid, plus valid driver's license and auto insurance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services with one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
