Job Summary
Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance for designated programs. Manage staffing, training, financial management, and physical environment maintenance while conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline for direct reports. Coordinate health care appointments, medication administration, and dietary planning to ensure individual needs are met. Handle government relations, incident reporting, and census management to maintain licensing compliance and accurate billing. Monitor vehicle maintenance, housekeeping, and environmental safety standards. Available on-call to support staff, find coverage, or cover shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Licensure(s) as required by state
- Medication Management Certificate
- Mandatory Reporter Certificate
- Other training(s) and/or certification(s) per state requirements and/or service line
- AZ Behavioral Health programs must meet BHT requirements
- Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry
