Job Summary
Oversee and manage programs and services for individuals served, including staff management, program planning, compliance, budgeting, health care coordination, records and documentation, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance. Lead recruitment and training, schedule staffing to ensure coverage, perform performance evaluations, and ensure safety and quality across program operations. Coordinate licensing and regulatory requirements, oversee assets and finances within the program, and engage with families, case managers, and other stakeholders. Travel across town as needed, and be on-call to support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years of related experience in Human Services preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for above education and experience requirements
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services; Licensure(s) as required by state; Medication Management Certificate issued with the completion of Company provided training; Mandatory Reporter Certificate issued with the completion of Company provided training; Other training(s) and/or certification(s) per state requirements and/or service line; For specific programs: AZ Behavioral Health programs must meet BHT requirements
