Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for 1-4 IDD community programs, including organizing and implementing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, recruiting, staffing, training, safety, and financial management. Supervise program staff (performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation), make recommendations on hires/transfers/promotions/salary changes, and ensure services are delivered consistently, engaging, and aligned with individuals served. Must be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed. Travel approximately 30% is expected. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements or as required by applicable regulations
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
