Job Summary
Program Director for IDD Services overseeing day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, regulatory compliance, recruiting and staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment; responsible for staff performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation; makes recommendations on hires/transfers/promotions/salary/terminations; ensures services are delivered consistently and are engaging for individuals served; on-call availability to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
- Full, Part-time, and As Needed schedules available
