Job Summary
Oversee program operations including direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and physical environment maintenance. Manage staff through recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions while ensuring safety and workers' compensation compliance. Direct program planning, record audits, stakeholder relations, government advocacy, incident response, and medication/dietary oversight. Approve purchases, monitor billing, and manage census performance to ensure regulatory and budgetary compliance. Coordinate placements, vehicle maintenance, and facility upkeep. Available on-call to cover shifts or fill backfill roles as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Current driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Licensure(s) as required by state
- Medication Management Certificate
- Mandatory Reporter Certificate
- Other training(s) and/or certification(s) per state requirements and/or service line
- AZ Behavioral Health programs must meet BHT requirements
- Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry
