Job Summary
Capco seeks a Program Management Officer (PMO) to lead PMO governance across banking domain projects, govern multiple QPR initiatives, and support portfolio PMO profiles with generic skills to supplement current portfolios that include tech-centric talent. The role requires strong PM/PMO and people-management experience in a consulting/banking environment, with accountability for complex projects (notably in Insurance/Regulatory/ISO programmes in an X-QPR environment). Key duties include governance, quality assurance, RAID management, change control, communications, planning, reporting, and budgeting, plus data analysis and stakeholder engagement with senior internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience reporting to and coordinating with senior leaders and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Strong PM, PMO and people management experience in consulting/banking environment
- Experience in handling Regulatory, ISO programmes with robust project mgmt skills in X-QPR environment
- Solid experience in project governance, quality assurance, RAID management, change control, communications, programme planning, reporting, and budgeting
