Job Summary

Develop and implement the operational support structure for the Retail Americas team to execute market launches across LATAM, Canada, and select emerging U.S. channels. Own specific retail programs end-to-end, managing roadmaps, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics. Identify regulatory, logistical, and cultural risks specific to emerging markets and develop mitigation strategies while serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external retail partners. Track key performance metrics, provide regular reporting to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes. This six-month fixed-term remote role requires 10-12 years of international program management experience and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of proven experience in international program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures
  • Deep retail expertise - account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in international settings
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably experience working in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs
  • Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization
