Job Summary
Support Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams across the acquisition lifecycle by executing programs in accordance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and Air Force guidance. Plan, research, and analyze projects to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives while managing risk through identification, analysis, and board execution. Develop and review acquisition documentation including strategies, milestone briefings, and reports for senior leadership, and assist with source selection activities such as RFP development and evaluation criteria. Coordinate with Government and contractor personnel to track deliverables, manage schedules, and prepare funding documentation. Maintain awareness of DoD acquisition reform initiatives and recommend process improvements. Full-time onsite role at Hanscom AFB, MA with Secret clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, 3 of which must be in DoD
- 7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD
- DoD acquisition program management support across the acquisition lifecycle
- Knowledge of FAR, DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, and related acquisition guidance
- Program risk management and acquisition reporting
- Cost, schedule, and performance management
- Development and review of acquisition documentation and milestone packages
- Experience supporting IPTs, PMRs, and acquisition reviews
- Experience with acquisition and financial systems, including CCaR, IDECS, EDA, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of EVM analysis and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and present briefings to senior leadership
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Government and contractor teams
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and cloud-based systems
