Job Summary
Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs. Responsible for the review and analysis of the financials including investigation of variances noted for the period. Analyzes data to ensure proper accounting booking procedures have been followed and provides timely, relevant reporting and analysis of performance against historic, budgeted, forecasted and strategic results to facilitate decision-making. Identifies program risks, performs probability and impact analysis, tracks risks, and executes responses as needed. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders on TPM internal third-party framework; collaborates with Policy Owners (Data Privacy, Information Security, Continuity of Business). Supports change management of enterprise-wide operating procedures and facilitates cross-functional coordination. Utilizes Excel for large data analyses, prepares monthly reporting packages for senior partners, and contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives (including potential RPA) to enhance control and productivity. Requires developed communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex information and to influence outcomes at senior levels. Maintains hiring/attrition tracking, and provides regular variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting to leadership.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience with TPM/third-party management and governance
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze financials and variances
