Job Summary
VP Transformation Program Manager within Finance Transformation; leads a portfolio of multi-workstream programs across P&A, driving strategy, governance, and execution to modernize platforms, data flows, and processes for planning and forecasting (Balance Sheet, RWA, Capital, Revenues, Expenses, Headcount). Responsibilities include setting transformation roadmaps, delivering end-to-end programs with budgets and milestones, managing risks and governance, engaging senior stakeholders, designing target operating models, leveraging automation and AI/ML, modernizing data pipelines (cloud, Databricks, AWS), and leading UAT, change management, and benefits realization. Required: finance-focused bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in program management with leadership, strong executive communication, and experience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall; willingness to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment and drive outcomes across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; strong grounding in financial concepts relevant to P&A
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management and business analysis, including leadership of multi-year, multi-workstream transformations
- Proven end-to-end delivery expertise: scoping, business case development, budget and timeline management, implementation, and change management
- Mastery of delivery methodologies and governance (Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall) with the judgment to select and blend approaches
- Demonstrated success influencing and engaging senior stakeholders; excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving skills; ability to decompose complex processes and architect scalable solutions
- Strong understanding of data flows between applications and cloud architecture; ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) for executive-ready materials, process maps, and decision support
- Established track record building and operating governance, scorecards, and MIS to manage risk, performance, and benefits
- Ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive outcomes across functions
