Verify PIR part pricing and lead times to ensure quotation accuracy, then obtain and consolidate quotes for newly awarded and engineering change order projects. Coordinate project kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders, maintain SAP processes for item masters and order firming, and initiate sales order activities including pricing validation and amendments. Acknowledge customer purchase orders through portals, support First Article and New Product Introduction using Gantt charts, and communicate commit dates based on weekly OOR meeting updates. Track POLTR and LLI requests, manage phase-in and phase-out implementations, and handle sellback and buyback transactions with customers and intercompany parties. Follow up on escalated invoicing issues and arrange onsite repair for rejected returns.
