Job Summary
Senior Manager/Associate Director-level Programme Management lead delivery of complex transformation programmes across Digital, ERP (Workday, SAP, Oracle), and financial systems; develop and implement governance frameworks, oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and QA; act as advisor to clients and internal stakeholders; drive continuous improvement and best practices; mentor teams and promote advanced analytics/AI tools to enhance planning, execution, and reporting; ensure adherence to KPMG methodologies and client engagement practices; cultivate relationships for opportunity expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in leading and successfully delivering large-scale, complex transformation programmes across diverse domains including Digital, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Financial systems
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously within a programme structure
- Good to have Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical application of AI tools and techniques to enhance programme management processes and outcomes
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in programme management
- Good to have industry domain knowledge aligned with client base (e.g., Financial Services, Government, Healthcare)
- Understanding of KPMG's ways of working, values, quality standards, and client engagement methodologies
