Job Summary
Program Leader at Arc Experience in Southern California after-school programs. Greet and guide students, organize and lead activities including homework help, arts, crafts, recreation, and enrichment clubs; ensure safety and well-being, adapt activities to diverse needs; work Monday–Friday 2pm–6pm at Barnard Elementary School in San Diego. Requires experience in after-school programs or youth recreation, 48+ college credits or proficiency exam, TB test and negative result, Live Scan background check, and vaccination documentation if required. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working in after-school programs or youth recreation
- College transcripts showing 48+ college credit units completed OR ability to take and pass an academic proficiency exam
- TB test with negative result
- Live Scan background check
- English-Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation if required by the school
