Program Leader

Program Leader for BGCSF Clubhouse in San Francisco responsible for designing and leading after-school programs for approximately 10 youth ages 6-18, supervising field trips, and autonomously overseeing departmental operations. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote personal growth, educational achievement, and character development; serve as a positive mentor and role model; establish standards and mutual respect within staff and the community; collaborate with junior staff to meet program goals and share best practices. Requires minimum 2 years of youth development experience and strong communication/organizational skills; ability to design curricula and manage safety and discipline. CPR/First Aid certification preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged. Schedule includes 25 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week in summer; location at Don Fisher Clubhouse.
