Job Summary
Program Leader to oversee all youth programs within the La Habra MVUSD area. Hybrid schedule (3–4 hours on-site, 2–3 hours remote daily), Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include supervising instructors and on-site staff, serving as liaison between program staff, district representatives, and families, ensuring program excellence and safety compliance, coordinating scheduling and logistics across multiple school sites, analyzing program data and feedback to inform decisions, providing on-site and remote support, participating in hiring and training, and reporting program performance to senior leadership. Qualifications emphasize leadership and experience in educational or youth-focused settings, ability to manage multiple sites, strong communication, district familiarity, and a background check; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. This is a part-time role with in-person work locations in La Habra, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience
- 2–5 years of experience working directly with youth in educational, afterschool, or recreational settings
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and programs across different locations
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with hybrid work (Zoom, Google Workspace, email, scheduling tools)
- Self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation for daily on-site visits within the district
- Must pass a background check and meet district clearance requirements
