Program Leader

Program Leader for Aspire's Day Programs responsible for creating engaging, theme-based programs, presenting in-person and virtual sessions, leading individuals through activities and community experiences, and developing Person-Centered Plans. Duties include documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, monitoring health and hygiene, transporting participants, and providing personal care when needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a valid Illinois driver’s license; prior experience with adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred. The role emphasizes compassionate engagement, strong communication, and the ability to write detailed reports and build positive relationships with people supported, families, and staff.
