Program Lead / Senior Project Manager – WildBrain CPLG Digital Transformation (12-18 month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and governance for the WildBrain CPLG Digital Transformation program, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and business priorities. Own and manage the end-to-end program plan, including scope, timelines, funding, and dependencies across all workstreams. Establish effective governance structures such as SteerCo and decision forums while acting as the single point of accountability for program outcomes and value realization. Drive prioritization decisions to balance scope, cost, and time, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible business benefits. Manage program-level risks, issue escalation, and budget forecasts in partnership with Finance, coordinating internal resources and external delivery partners. Lead change management planning, communication channels, and training delivery to support program adoption. Serve as the key liaison to the Director of Digital Transformation and senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and risks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream digital transformation programs
- Strong background in program governance, delivery management and executive stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated accountability for program outcomes, budgets and value realization
- Excellent ability to manage complex interdependencies across business and technology teams
- Senior, credible and calm under pressure
- Highly structured with strong judgement and decision-making capability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining delivery momentum
- Results-oriented and focused on business value
- Strong communicator in person and in writing
- Hybrid work model balancing collaboration in office and remote work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering transformation programs within media, licensing or complex operational environments
- Familiarity with CRM, data, ERP or workflow system transformations
