Job Summary
Senior Program Lead responsible for overall leadership, management and delivery of the PALMSS 2 contract in Manila, including interface with DFAT, ensuring contract performance, risk management, quality assurance and compliance; lead and mentor the PALMSS 2 Assistant Program Manager; oversee recruitment, contracting, mobilisation and performance of advisers/consultants; manage budgets, reporting and invoicing; ensure safeguarding, PSEAH, GEDSI, WHS and information security compliance; drive continuous improvement and value-for-money service delivery.
