Job Summary
Program Lead overseeing rehabilitation services across assigned accounts, coordinating with leadership to ensure efficient delivery, direct patient care, supervision of therapy staff, and ongoing referrals. Requires OT licensure/ACOTE-accredited education with leadership responsibilities, budget coordination, staff development, and collaboration with Clinical Director and facility management. Emphasizes ensuring evidence-based care, care planning, documentation, and maintaining relationships with facilities and contracts. H-1B sponsorship and relocation assistance are supported. Experience with supervision, program development, and inter-disciplinary coordination is expected.
Required Qualifications
- They must be a graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by AOTA - ACOTE standards; or
- They must have a Bachelor's degree from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by AOTA - ACOTE standards plus 5 years of progressively responsible OT experience.
- They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- They must be able to practice occupational therapy per state guidelines.
- The Occupational Therapist must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
