Job Summary
Lead the expansion and evaluation of NYC freight programs (e.g., Blue Highways, Cargo Bikes, Microhubs) within TPM; plan, design, and implement initiatives aligned with the agency’s freight strategy and citywide mobility plans; mentor staff and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, including business districts and elected officials; ensure data-informed transportation planning and cross-functional collaboration while advancing safer, more efficient, and environmentally conscious goods movement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in transportation engineering, mathematics, urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, urban studies, or related physical and social science fields; or a baccalaureate degree in engineering with experience; or other specified combinations in the posting.
