Program Lead

Manage and oversee contractor IT specialists assigned to HQSU, ISU, QSU, and RCXU facilities in Washington, DC, Quantico, VA, and Redstone Arsenal, AL. Plan, staff, interview, select, evaluate, train, and direct contractor staff while monitoring ticket closure rates and performance-related Service Level Agreements. Provide administrative and technical direction to employees, recruit, hire, and terminate personnel as necessary. Monitor the FBI's ticketing system to identify trends, compile performance metrics, and report to FBI Managers. Ensure all contract requirements maintain security integrity and that all assigned tasks are performed promptly and correctly. Establish improved procedures and controls to enhance efficiency while ensuring accurate contract deliverables. Collaborate daily with management and government staff to ensure projects are completed successfully.
