Job Summary
Program Integrator, Expert with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join ATS Software and Systems Solutions in Bethesda, MD. Lead and facilitate efforts to identify and meet with partners to obtain datasets supporting a mission analytics effort; prepare briefings and talking points for government managers; facilitate meetings and offsites; assess dataset utility against program goals; plan partner meetings, develop goals and agendas, and adopt best practices in business and mission analytics. Requires Master’s degree, 15+ years IC/USG experience, 10+ years in management consulting or related field, strong Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to drive projects independently. Preferred familiarity with data structures, databases, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI); PMP certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Master’s degree
- 15+ years of Intelligence Community or other USG experience
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or a related field
- Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward
- Experience with meeting facilitation
- Excellent verbal communications and writing skills
