Job Summary
Provide program integration awareness across ICO activities, ensuring alignment with acquisition and Foreign Military Sales requirements. Use AI tools to synthesize, refine, and interpret data for leadership priorities, then independently develop initial drafts of programmatic products, briefings, and trackers without detailed direction. Build and maintain Excel-based and PowerPoint-based tools to track performance, identify trends, and communicate mission impacts through clear visualizations and dashboards. Thoughtfully action taskers, maintain deadline awareness, and ensure timely responses while supporting branch-level and cross-organizational coordination. Incorporate feedback to refine outputs and improve clarity. Requires Secret-level security clearance and US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Three (3+) years of relevant experience
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location
- Ability to build trackers, analyze datasets, and present findings
- Demonstrated use of AI for data consolidation, summarization, or analytical support (personal or enterprise)
- Skilled in developing executive‐ready briefings and visual products
- Proven ability to develop solutions independently and propose well‐reasoned approaches before receiving detailed guidance
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate impacts
- Ability to brief leadership and translate complex information into actionable insights
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAMD, ICO, PEO/ PMs, or USASAC
- Acquisition Knowledge, FMS Familiarity, or a contracting background
- Familiarity with AI‐assisted analytics, automation tools, or data visualization platforms
- Eager and inquisitive, with a desire to explore new tools and methods
- Self‐starter who thrives with broad guidance and minimal oversight
- Creative problem‐solver who can conceptualize products from scratch
- Detail‐oriented, yet able to maintain an enterprise‐level perspective
