Job Summary
Program Implementation Manager for Enterprise Growth leading cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives from pre-sale scoping through post-signature rollout across REA Group’s franchise, ownership group and corporate networks. Responsible for translating objectives into scalable program requirements, coordinating with Legal, GTM, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations and Finance, running structured deal-scoping workshops, and delivering embedded enterprise programs post-agreement with governance, milestones and measurable value realization.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: Demonstrated experience in program or project management delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment (e.g. enterprise SaaS, media, technology, platforms or franchised networks).
- Proven track record driving enterprise-scale implementations or roll-outs involving multiple internal teams and external stakeholders (ideally including commercial / product elements, not just technology delivery).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including comfort working with senior leaders and external executives, handling ambiguity and navigating tension calmly and constructively.
- Demonstrated ability to design and run effective working group sessions – setting agendas, facilitating discussion, surfacing trade-offs and landing clear decisions and actions.
- Excellent program discipline – planning, dependency mapping, risk and issue management, documentation and follow-through.
