Job Summary
Program Group Facilitator (Father Project) supports program staff by planning and co-facilitating weekly peer-support group sessions using a specified curriculum and proven practices. Responsibilities include leading group processes to promote knowledge gains in curriculum topics, facilitating peer learning and support, and delivering sessions with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, HS diploma or equivalent preferred, and the ability to speak publicly and manage time effectively. The role is scheduled-hybrid with at least two days per week at a physical location (GESMN or partner facility); remaining days may be worked from home or a designated community setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant program experience required
- Group facilitation experience
- Proven verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak in a public setting
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Effective time management
