Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of Spanish-speaking partners by overseeing budget and expense report reviews, conducting annual risk assessments, and supporting capacity building. Support the annual partner grant agreement process, update the project management tool with accurate renewal and compliance data, and ensure grants follow organizational policies and donor requirements. Review partner expense reports to flag inconsistencies, provide training as needed, and utilize Salesforce to upload financial documentation. Develop strategies for efficiency and transparency while supporting the finance team with audit-related tasks for partner grants. This full-time role requires fluent Spanish and English, with an anticipated start date of September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish and English
- Ability to travel internationally, including to low- and middle-income countries, at least four times per year
- Must be based in Latin America
- Appropriate work permit for their country of residence
