Job Summary

Responsible for tracking and managing funding sources for Kentucky Housing Corporation programs and corporate initiatives, including processing fund disbursements for federal and state grant awards, federal tax credits, and housing funds; performs data entry for project setup, updates budgets and vouchers in fund management and HUD accounting systems, and prepares monthly reconciliation reports to ensure data integrity across financial management systems; supports procurement by creating vouchers for corporate invoices and expense reports; assists in year-end close-out and provides data for MBE/WBE reports; serves as a back-up to the Program Funding Administrator and requires strong MS Office skills, ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business or accounting
  • Minimum of one year experience in a professional office environment
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or secretarial tasks involving advanced record keeping
  • Knowledge of federal housing programs, laws, and regulations
  • Familiarity with HUD systems and fund management
