Job Summary
Manage and analyze complex project financial data to support internal and external reporting; develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost proposals; perform cost variance and what-if analyses; forecast costs and ensure contract alignment; prepare financial presentations for management; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity within the aerospace/defense program context; support compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; incumbents typically work in an office or hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, project control, or a related field
- In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
- Experience with Earned Value Management (preferred)
- Deltek Cobra experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of government contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations
- U.S. Citizenship required; active or ability to obtain Secret clearance
