Job Summary
The Program Financial Analyst II is responsible for managing complex project data to support internal and external project reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing budgets and cost proposals, conducting detailed cost variance analysis to ensure accurate financial forecasting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, project control, or a related field
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Advanced proficiency with financial software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of government contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations
- Experience with Earned Value Management
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment
