Job Summary
Oversee program Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to track compliance, schedule, and cost performance, preparing monthly CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables. Analyze program performance measurement and cost variances to provide financial support for program management and cost control managers. Track post and copy billings, generate quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), and support customer audits while communicating with DCMA regarding EVMS assessments. Manage program performance in a dynamic environment with at least 25% client travel. Requires expert knowledge of Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and Microsoft toolsets, US government cost-reimbursement contracts, and FAR.
Required Qualifications
- Position will require client travel at least 25% of the time
- Expert with required toolset (Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets)
- Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Experience in implementing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and baseline development
- PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Thorough knowledge and application of accounting principles, Earned Value Management, scheduling, proposal process, government financial reporting with general knowledge of government contracts and procurement regulations
- US Citizenship required
- US DoD Security Clearance
