Program Finance Systems Analyst III - IAS

Job Summary

Lead advanced administration and maintenance of Integrated Program Management (IPM) business software by configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing system functionality. Manage user/role-based security, support deployment activities, and troubleshoot complex system-related issues to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with application teams and end-users to address complex needs, conduct advanced training sessions, and document processes and changes. Mentor junior analysts on best practices and problem resolution while ensuring effective use of IPM tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related field
  • Experience in Deltek Cobra and/or other similar Integrated Program Management software solutions
  • Strong facilitation skills that address complex IT and Business stakeholder concerns, specifically around tool maintenance and continuous improvement activities
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship status
  • Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
  • Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
  • Advanced knowledge of IPM software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Ability to resolve advanced Cobra troubleshooting and administration requests
  • Competency documenting technical requirements & functional use of enterprise business application (Deltek Cobra)
  • Continuous engagement to understand current and future tool capabilities relative to business needs
  • Ability to develop and conduct relevant stakeholder learning sessions
  • Foundational understanding of Program Management processes
  • Familiarity with DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
  • Knowledge of program finance processes, procedures, and tools
  • A current, active SECRET security clearance
  • Advanced knowledge of IPM software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems: Deltek PPM software, Encore Analytics, Midnite Dynamics, and SSI Tools
