Job Summary
Senior Program Finance Manager leading a program finance team within the Aerospace/Defense sector. Responsible for program performance, oversight of program financials for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, and preparation of financial reports and leadership briefings. Provides EVM support with Earned Value Management concepts, analyzes EV metrics, identifies issues, and coordinates variance analysis inputs across multiple functions. Requires experience with Cobra for EAC analyses and optimizing Costpoint ERP; strong leadership to develop talent; ERP/IT skills (Cobra, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP) and ability to obtain a security clearance. Location: Camden, NJ with relocation assistance available for non-local candidates. 9/80 work schedule and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Strong ERP systems experience, SAP preferred
- Strong Software skills, including COBRA, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong experience managing EACs
- Experience with Earned Value Management programs
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Demonstrated ability to partner with PMs and functional leaders
- Experience interfacing with and presenting to executive leadership
- Ability to create executive level briefings
- Ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Prior proven leadership experience
- Experience being a change agent
