Job Summary
Program Facilitator will design and lead youth-focused activities for the NYC Office of Neighborhood Safety collaboration, including planning lesson plans aligned with DYCD guidelines, facilitating engaging activities, conducting monthly one-on-one check-ins with a caseload of participants, and collaborating with Global Kids staff and NYC partners to ensure program compliance and positive outcomes. The role is in-person in New York City, requires 25 hours per week with after-school hours, and offers an hourly wage of $25. Responsibilities include program development and implementation, participant engagement and support, collaboration and communication, and monitoring and evaluation to track progress and ensure program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, Social Work, Youth Development, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience working with youth in an educational or recreational setting
- Experience in planning and leading activities for diverse groups of participants
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
